Gustav

Viene en camino Gustav. Espero que no sea nada como Katrina. Uno es más que suficiente.

Hicimos unos preparativos hoy (comida, agua, gasolina) y tenemos Plan A y B. El sábado haremos un par de diligencias.

En este momento no se sabe para dónde va Gustav. El área dónde puede pegar es muy amplia en este momento ya que el ojo del huracán está muy lejos de Estados Unidos. Una vez que pase Cuba y llegue al Golfo de México, se podrá precisar el lugar de la llegada. Entonces tomaremos la decisión y les avisaremos que vamos a hacer.


Here comes Gustav... I just hope it is not anything like Katrina. Once IS enough.

For now we have made some preparations (food, water, gas) and have a Plan A and a Plan B. We will spend Saturday making sure the patio furniture is secure and tidying up.

At the moment it is not known where Gustav is heading exactly. The range for the possible landfall is too wide at the moment as the eye of Gustav is too far away from the U.S. Once it goes over Cuba and reaches the Gulf of Mexico, it will be more clear where the hurricane will make landfall. We'll make a decision then and we'll keep you posted.
