Visita a Natchez

Ayer fuimos a Natchez, Miss.

Yesterday we went to Natchez, Miss. The Mexican traveling consulate scheduled a visit there. I had to renew my passport and my consular I.D. When we finished with the paperwork there we went downtown. Michael "had to" use his new camera with footage of the mighty Mississippi. While we were there we got to see a Mardi Gras Parade. We were at the place where the parade began, the best place.
I took some pictures and the new camera filmed just about the whole parade. Michael will be selecting some of the scenes to sell them through his website.
There is a restaurant in downtown Natchez that is our favorite, after the parade we went there to eat. As it down-poured just as the parade finished, we were not able to visit other interesting places of the city. We came back home.
