Edith is between planes coming back from Fargo, North Dakota so I'm home bach'in it for another night. A couple of days ago I posted a video to UTube of Ginger riding the motorcycle. Someone on uTube started a campaign to get folks to upload video "hugs" for a little girl with Lukemia. The program is called "Hugs for Jacey Campaign", you can search uTube to see the various entries. Mine is in there with them. Anyway, after doing that I figured I would upload a "Ginger Video" to my PhotoBucket account, and since it's there, I'd share it here on my blog.
So, here is Ginger riding my motorcycle: {See Bottom of Blog)

At no point in this video are we going faster than 25MPH, though it does look like we are going fast. Ginger is not attached to the bike, she sits on the back seat and rides like a human would. She knows how to lean and hold on. So she is in no danger on the bike. In the event of an accident or sudden stop, she can just jump off. I never exceed 35 with her on the bike and I make turns slow and easy.
Ginger loves to ride and will run and jump on the seat of the bike at the mention of riding. She likes to ride to Sonic and get "chickey nuggets".
Everywhere we go she draws alot of attention. I've had kids, adults, cops and all sorts take our picture. More than once I've had to slow down so the people in the car next to me could fumble for a camera and get a shot. Kids love to meet "the dog that rides the bike."
I haven't rode her lately, of course I haven't been riding lately, been too much to do. But when I do, Ginger is often on the back seat -riding with daddy.
J.
